Planning and organizing work duties of self and unit staff,
motivating and inspiring employees to accomplish goals and
objectives,human resource development,organizational teamwork and
collaboration,work directly with Chief Nursing Director to achieve
department and organizational goals,maintain quality nursing
practice and hospital`s principles and commitments, demonstrate
fiscal responsibility,practice safety and infection control,provide
excellent service to all customers by delivering timely,hight
quality care in a courteous and respectful manner, and provide
age-appropriate care to all patients.
