Employee Spotlight
Quarterly STAR
The Thumbs-Up Award is Model Hospital's program for identifying and recognizing exemplary performance by employees. Employees may be nominated by patients, patients' families, and fellow staff members. Each quarter, nominees are selected from the Thumbs-Up cards. Staff vote on the nominee actions, with names removed, at a quarterly ice cream social hosted by the Administrative Team and the Recovery & Recognition Target 100 Team. The winner of the vote is each quarter's STAR.
