June 29, 2001 - The sixth annual “Guide to Good Health for Women” will be held from 4 to 10 p.m. Friday, June 29, at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel. The event is hosted by SLUCare for Women and Saint Louis University School of Medicine. Current topics relating to women’s health will be discussed followed by health screenings and exhibits. Country singer and author Naomi Judd will be the guest speaker. Judd will speak on “Music, Health and Life’s Other Little Mysteries” and will have a book signing. Other topics include plastic surgery in the new millennium, breast cancer and nutrition for digestive health.

Other screenings available will be cholesterol, blood pressure and bone density testing for osteoporosis.
