Pharmacy Residency 
 
 

The Department of Pharmacy Services at Saint Louis University Hospital offers two PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency positions and one PGY2 Critical Care Residency position. The PGY1 pharmacy practice residency and the PGY2 critical care residency programs are accredited by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP). The Saint Louis University Hospital Pharmacy Residency Programs are designed to provide broad pharmaceutical care experience. Residents receive training and guidance from talented and experienced clinical pharmacy specialists. Please take a moment to review the information provided on our website.

Application Procedure

Saint Louis University Hospital will participate in the Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS).

Deadline for application materials: January 7th, 2013

The following application materials must be uploaded and submitted:

  • Letter of intent
  • Curriculum vitae
  • Three free-form letters of recommendation
  • Official college transcript

The application materials will be reviewed and selected candidates will be contacted for an on-site interview.
