How the Senior Referral Service Program Works
When you need to arrange for medical tests or procedures for you or an older adult your care, just call our Senior Referral Service Program staff between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. We will make all the arrangements for you – including, if necessary, local transportation through Gateway Van Service. Upon arrival, your patient will get the attention he or she needs from our caring staff. Throughout treatment, we'll keep your facility and the patient's primary care physician apprised and updated.
