May 12, 2014, ST. LOUIS – Thank you for helping the American Heart Association raise more than $1.1 million in the fight against heart disease at Saturday's 2014 Metro St. Louis Heart Walk at Busch Stadium.
SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital president Phil Sowa led the event as chair while Major League Baseball Hall of Famer Ozzie Smith was honorary chair. Smith thanked Sowa for his efforts with a custom St. Louis Cardinals jersey.
