Haden plays a key role in infection prevention at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital.

“Knowing that my role improved the care someone received and helped protect that patient from harm is very rewarding,” she says.

In her role, she implements policies and procedures to monitor and control the spread of hospital acquired infections.

“SLU Hospital is special because everything we do is focused on patient safety,” she says. “Patients come to our hospital to be healed and we want to ensure they experience the best possible outcome.”
