Beagle says she loves the fast pace of her job and how two days are never the same.

“I love taking care of people during sometimes the hardest time in their life,” says Beagle. “I love that moment when people go home with a smile on their face knowing I may have had something to do with that.

“I think SLU Hospital is special because although we are a major trauma hospital and the place seems huge to many people, we still have that small community feel to the hospital,” she says. “Everyone seems to know everyone and we work together to make the patient’s stay the best stay possible.

“Our employees are definitely the most compassionate people I have ever met.”
