Nunley enjoys the variety of challenges she has in her various roles at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital. While she primarily works as a receptionist in patient and visitor relations, you may also see her as a patient care assistant or manning the information desk.

"I help family members and patients at the same time," she says. "I enjoy forming relationships and assisting people in any capacity. The diversity of my jobs make it that much more enjoyable."

She says what sets SLU Hospital apart is the pride we take in patient satisfaction.

"I have seen firsthand how the staff goes above and beyond to ensure the patient is satisfied," says Nunley. "We don't stop until our goal is met."
