Orthopedic Services
Orthopedic services offered by Saint Louis University Hospital and SLUCare physicians were ranked No. 32 among U.S. News & World Report’s “America’s Best Hospitals,” 2001.

Our orthopedic team offers surgical and nonsurgical treatment for a wide range of muscular and skeletal diseases and injuries, including hand and spine surgery and joint replacement. Rehabilitation services, including physical and occupational therapy, are available at our Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Center. We work closely with the patient's primary physician to design a comprehensive program of individualized care for each patient.

Rheumatology Services
Rheumatology services offered by SLUCare physicians and Saint Louis University Hospital were ranked No. 33 among U.S. News & World Report’s “America’s Best Hospitals,” 2001.

Patients with rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus or other connective tissue diseases are cared for by the specialists in SLUCare rheumatology. These services include a rheumatology laboratory that offers rheumatoid factor, antinuclear bodies, immune complex and immunological studies.
